Meeting with progressive technologies and modern sausage production equipment at "Zabiiaka" LLC


2nd May 2023, Students and lecturers of the educational andprofessional programme of the second (master's) level of higher education"Food technology and restaurant industry" visited Zabiaka LLC. On thebasis of the enterprise, the class was held within the discipline"Innovative Technologies of Food Production and Restaurant Management",during which students got acquainted with modern production technologiessausage products and meat delicacies. The event was held under the project"Accelerating Innovation and Entrepreneurial Excellence in HigherEducation Institutes" (AccEnt Project).

During the on-site training, the participants had theopportunity to see how the technological process goes from the initialprocessing of raw materials to the packaging of finished products on moderntechnological equipment in compliance with all the requirements of the Hazardanalysis and critical control points, necessary for the production of ahigh-quality and safe food product.
